Our mission is to provide healthy, clean and fresh rodents. Everytime. This includes shipping standards that guarantee that what arrives at your door is indeed “perfect prey.”
Our orders may require a one, two or three day transit time by FedEx, depending on the destination. For example, if your order is shipped out Monday with a 2 day transit time, it should arrive on Wednesday.
FedEx does not deliver on the weekends.
Since our packages contain time sensitive items, we want to make sure that they are all delivered by Friday. To ensure that all packages arrive by Friday, including the ones with three day transit, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.
To guarantee your order will go out on these days, it must be placed by 11:00 PM on Sunday. If it is received after this time, it is possible that it may still be shipped out that week, but it is not guaranteed.
You will receive an email notification from FedEx with a tracking number when they receive and scan in your package.
